5 fresh, quick and healthy recipes for taking organic silica

Organic silica is an essential trace element for health that is recommended to be ingested in maximum absorption supplements, among which flavourless liquid formulas stand out. For example, Silicium G7 Original Bio-dynamised, which is drinkable straight from the bottle with a dispenser, can be included in fresh, healthy and delicious recipes, making daily intake much more enjoyable.

Open your notepad and make a note. You’re going to love this.

Note: cooking drastically reduces the properties of silica. It should only be added to cold preparations.

Today we tell you…

  • Fresh sweet recipes without sugar
  • Fresh savoury recipes with low calories
  • Why take organic silica?

Fresh sweet recipes without sugar

Most of us like to treat ourselves from time to time. And while we tend to crave sugary products, the reality is that there are plenty of healthy desserts that have nothing to envy to the ultra-processed ones.

Try these recipes and you’ll see. They are very easy to prepare and the ingredients can be found in the usual supermarkets.

Red berry ice cream

Ideal for the warmer months or a Netflix evening at home.

Ingredients

  • 250g frozen berries.

  • 125g light Greek yoghurt.
  • 95mL soy milk.
  • 30mL Silicium G7 Original Bio-dynamised.
  • Sweetener

You can buy the berries fresh or already frozen.

Preparation

Whisk the yoghurt with milk, organic silica and the sweetener. Then add the berries and blend well (use it if your blender has a chopper arm). The more time you spend blending, the creamier and lump-free the ice cream will be.

Put it in the fridge for about 2 hours before eating and you’re done. It’s as simple as that.

Vegan oat and nut smoothie

A perfect smoothie to brighten up your mornings without wasting a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200mL of almond milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of oat flakes (20-30g).
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts.
  • 2 chopped dates.
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
  • 15mL of Original Bio-dynamised Silicium G7.
  • 1 pinch of sea salt.

Dates sweeten, so it is not necessary to use sweeteners.

Preparation

As easy as throwing everything into the blender (first the milk so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the container) and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour into a glass and add a couple of dates and extra hazelnuts if you like.

Cold coffee with cocoa

If you love a mid-morning coffee as much as I do, this is a must try.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold black coffee.
  • 135mL of milk (your choice).
  • 15mL of Silicium G7 Original Bio-dynamized.
  • 5g of pure cocoa 0% added sugars.
  • Sweetener

The volume of milk is approximate. Add more or less depending on whether you want the coffee lighter or darker.

Preparation

Mix everything in a glass and enjoy. That’s all.

If the cocoa does not integrate well, dissolve it first in a little water, stirring until it forms a kind of syrup.

Fresh savoury recipes with few calories

If you’re more of a savoury person than a sweet person, take a look at these 2 dishes. They are great for cutting down on excess food and keeping in shape.

The quantities are approximate. Adjust them according to your preferences.

Andalusian Gazpacho

The quintessential summer smoothie. Not only is it delicious, but it also provides a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1kg ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • ¼ onion.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 1 slice of bread (about 50g).
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar.
  • 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (OLIVE OIL).
  • 30mL of Original Bio-dynamised Silicium G7.

Preparation

First carefully wash the tomatoes and the pepper, as we will leave the skin on. Peel the cucumber, onion and garlic.

Chop all the vegetables and put them in the blender container together with the bread, salt, vinegar and organic silica.

Blend for several minutes until you obtain a very fine homogeneous cream. Add a little EVOO and blend again.

Put it in the fridge to cool and it’s ready. Stir again before serving.

Cold avocado and courgette cream soup

A nutritious and light alternative to gazpacho that includes the healthy fats of avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado.
  • 1 medium courgette.
  • 1 celery.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • 1 lime.
  • 200mL of vegetable stock or water.
  • 30mL of Original Bio-dynamised Silicium G7.
  • Milk or light cream.
  • Sweet or hot paprika.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Fresh parsley.
  • Salt.
  • OLIVE OIL.

Preparation

Peel the avocado (remove the stone) and the courgette. Chop them and the rest of the vegetables and blend them in a blender.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.

Leave it in the fridge and, when you are going to eat it, add a few drops of OLIVE OIL and any garnish you like (cucumber chunks, onion…).

Why take organic silica?

Silica increases the production of natural collagen. This is why it has so many benefits and why its deficiency causes various symptoms: wrinkles, dull hair, joint pain, bone weakness, frequent injuries, etc.

Diet is often not enough to achieve adequate levels in the body. That is why it is essential to take a quality organic silica supplement.

And what better way to do it than by incorporating it into fresh recipes such as the ones above. Taking care of yourself is not incompatible with enjoying yourself, so… enjoy!
