Traduction of the documental “How you can protect yourself from the aluminum in your food?”, By Christopher Exley - 26th of March 2013.

Let’s talk clearly, you say that you lack resources, so why do you lack them?, because of the recession, or because nowadays there is little cash for research in general, or perhaps have you been  prevented from going too far down the lane of finding out the effects of aluminum present in our daily lives.

The fact that you cannot do research on the links between aluminum and human health here in the UK and also in Europe and the US is related to the fact that research is stopped from advancing mainly indirectly, but essentially because of the huge advertising Arsenal of the aluminum industry that are extremely effective in making us all and everyone believe that there are no unanswered questions and there is no research needed so, therefore, the file is closed but the reality is the opposite.

So while you do not have all the substitutes needed to replace aluminum in the day to day life, but while we were preparing this program you told me that there is a way to eliminate the aluminum from our organism. Could you explain that?

Yes, actually there is a great research program we did and is a bit of a specialty of ours, we found quite an interesting relationship between living beings and the effect of silicon on aluminum. We have found during our research, which is also illustrated in our film on fish; that silicon protects against the toxicity of aluminum. What we have found is that if you drink mineral, water enriched with silicon, in fact any mineral water with a high silicon content, more than 30mg per liter, it produces aluminum in the urine, so we eliminate aluminum through our urine, so we are quite certain that one of the ways we can protect ourselves against the aluminum in our organism that is not aggressive and everyone can do is to drink mineral water with a high silicon content. It is simple and effective.
