* J.C Alonso, "Dosage of collagen neo-synthesis". Institut d'Expertise Clinique Espagne, 2008. Methodology: Evaluation of the collagen index: Separation and identification of hydroxyproline were performed by inverted phase HPLC. Fluorescence peaks, after integration, allowed to calculate the concentration of hydroxyproline in the culture medium.
Results: The results of an in vitro study show that the active principle Silicium G5 is capable of significantly increasing the level of collagens produced by human fibroblasts by up to 19% compared to the control.
Total innocuousness: The results show that the product does not present any cytotoxicity concerning human fibroblasts.
